Introductory Motorcycle Experience (IME)  2 HOURS  -- $200

($100 if combined with a BRC)

The goal and purpose of IME are to create a more confident student in preparation for the BRC. If you already know how to shift a motorcycle, then please do not take this class.

What you need to know:

  • A 2-hr session that introduces you to the concept of shifting a motorcycle in a private 1:1 setting

  • The IME is scheduled separately from the BRC and is conducted on a separate day, prior to your scheduled BRC

  • The IME is offered in Brockton & Plympton

Introductory Motorcycle Experience (IME)

Topics Covered:

  • Locate and operate controls

  • Coordinate throttle and clutch

  • Straight-line riding

  • Introduction to making turns

  • Introduction to shifting

  • Introduction to braking

  • How to operate the shift and throttle is also covered in the first few exercises of the Basic Rider Course (BRC).

To purchase the IME + BRC option, during the online registration add Private 2 hr Precourse to your BRC registration when prompted.

You will receive an email with IME dates within 24 hours of registering.

Private Basic Rider Course 1 DAY  -- $695

The Basic Rider Course (BRC) has been designed to be an effective way to learn how to ride a motorcycle over a 2 day,
15-hour course. It is important to mention that 99% of our students participate in the traditional 2-day riding course that

we offer. If your schedule does not allow 2 consecutive days to take the course, then the BRC can be taught in one day
during a private one-on-one session.

Please keep in mind that the one-day BRC is very demanding as we are incorporating a tremendous amount of information into a one-day session. We found that the best-suited candidates for the one-day BRC are those who are in good physical shape and have at least some motorcycle riding experience.

Please call us at 508-247-9595 to discuss your options.
